I'm I'mI'm going to try my hand at Fabric Collages, I ordered KC. Willis's Collage camp DVD's and I'm hooked (line and sinker) I adore her work.

 Hopefully I can come up with my own style. Can't hardly wait to get started.

It's been crazy busy the month of June, 2 art shows, more items to be made for local craft outlets and of house work and gardening.

I'm starting to rethink my art work and may be heading in a different direction. I ordered KC Willis"s Collage camp DVD's and I believe I'm hooked line and sinker!!!Can't wait to get started and see what I can come up with.

 Wish me luck on comming up with the same type of art but my own style. A big thought process, but I'm excited.

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY

A happy Memorial Day Sweet friends and family. Just had to take a few pictures of my small flower garden, I just love these blue flowers. I may have to find a place to plant some more.

Sunday we spent a couple hours at the Cedarburg Maxwell Street Days, A large flea Market, it was so crowded and quit warm. I did manage to find a really neat bird mounted on an old candle stick, just love it.

And I had to pick up this strange piece of bird art made from acorns, twigs,driftwood and Milkweed pods. What a different thing, I still not sure why I bought it?? maybe because it was only $3.00. What ever?

It is a conversation piece. HA HA!!!

Keeping our thoughts with all the brave soldiers who fought to keep us free.

I were sitting in the living room and I said to them,

'I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependent on some machine and fluids from a bottle. If that ever happens, just pull the plug.'

They got up, unplugged the Computer,

and threw out my wine.

on my shit list ...

A beautiful day here in Wisconsin, a really good time to work in my flower garden, of course after I do a little thrifting in the area. Lots of rummage sales going on. A treasure hunting we will go!!!

This is going to be a "ME WEEK" as my husband and friends left last night for the "Lake of the Woods" fishing trip. Oh My what do I do first?? I think I will spend a lot of my time doing Art work and relaxing on my deck watching all the pretty birds.

LOVELY ROSES AND PIN CUSHIONS

Beauiful Roses from my Son David for Mother's Day, and lots of valued time spend with the family, it was so great.

New Pin Cushions for my Etsy shop and local craft shops. This was my first attempt at these cushions, I really like the baby shoe ones.

 I'm getting excited about Mary's Glue book class, can't wait to get started.
